ICE has an operating secretariat in Thika with programme and administrative staff. Established in 2007, the secretariat co-ordinates field activities with communities as well as liaising with funders and stakeholders, including government departments.
ICE believes in building synergies for greater achievements. The organisation is currently a partner of the African Biodiversity Network, which is a regional network of organisations working in Africa, but with links in other continents. In the ensuing years, ICE will continue to pursue membership to local and international organisations to strengthen its national and global network system. |
