Advisory Board

This is the highest organ. It is responsible for decision making. The board supports the secretariat with strategic guidance and follows on work of ICE to maintain focus and clarity of all projects.

Director
Works directly with Advisory Board and acts as the secretary to the boards. Oversees the day to day running of the organization and maintains contact with the partners and collaborators. Provides support to Project Managers and follows on communication and reporting schedules of the organization.

Project Managers

They work directly with the Director and are responsible for particular projects. They expand and relate with the constituency on project matters, as well as guide project officers on implementation of projects they oversee. They identify research needs in respective projects and either undertake the research or commission external researchers.

Project Officers

They work closely with Project Managers and provide a direct link with the constituency.

Administration and Finance

They provide back up support for project personnel. They ensure a convenient working environment and keep and maintain clear books of accounts.
